Our Mission

Loads of Blessings: Our Mission

  

Loads of Blessings is the only organization in the Lehigh Valley that provides laundry services to the homeless and the impoverished, including those housed in shelters.

The mission is to restore dignity, promote hygiene, and foster well-being for individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty, or transitional living situations by providing free weekly laundry services, offering spiritual conversation, and connecting individuals to critical services.


Loads of Blessings serves homeless and impoverished individuals and families, regardless of religion, creed, age, race, national origin, sex, and/or sexual orientation.

    Loads of Blessings (formerly Laundry on Linden Ministry) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides free laundry services to the homeless and those who are underserved and living in transitional situations.

    Loads of Blessings provides spiritual conversation, prayer, laundry services, and connects many individuals to medical care and social service resources.

    Anyone who is currently receiving social services benefits. To be eligible, participants must be currently supported by a social service agency and must have this form completed and submitted by an official representative from that agency. Examples include school counselors, social workers, intensive case managers, shelters, etc.

    Services are provided at Family Wash Day - 911 West Linden Street, Allentown, PA on Tuesdays, 4:30pm-6:30pm. Check-in for clients is no later than 5:30pm.

    There are many ways to get involved with Loads of Blessings, such as praying for our mission, volunteering, donating supplies, or making a financial donation. Email us at info@loadsofblessings.org.
